Having carved
a niche for ourselves in residential resort property development, we further
expanded our vision to establish ourselves as one of the nation’s
key property developers by working with the Government to realise our
nation’s objective in providing quality housing to meet the needs
of Malaysia’s growing population.
We undertook the development of a 1,357-acre township in Semenyih known
as Bandar Tasik Kesuma, thereby further reinforcing Nam Fatt’s capability
to embark on mega-scaled property development ventures.
